About us
Nedre Løberg is a farm located at Lundamo, about 30 minutes outside Trondheim.
The farm is located close to the river Gaula which can offer fantastic experiences when it comes to nature, outdoor life and, not least, salmon fishing. We offer a salmon fishing beat stretching a total of 2,100 metres with 300 metres on the east bank and 1,800 metres on the west bank. Of the 1,800 metres on the west bank, 700 metres are shared fishing rights with the neighbouring beat, Midtlyng/Høiset, located on the opposite side of the river.
The sale of fishing permits is regulated to ensure a quality fishing experience, and a rotating fishing system is in place.
In addition to the salmon selection, we have a beautiful forest that offers many nice hiking opportunities and fishing in Damvatnet, about 45 minutes to walk from the farm.
Along the river we have placed three bivouacs and benches. There are also barbecue facilities. If you as a visitor want to use our grills, you must provide charcoal and lighter fluid yourself.
Look for white salmon shaped signs for information, WC, entertainment and so on.
We have various accommodation options on the farm, depending on your budget. For those who want a roof over their head, but otherwise simple, we offer accommodation in camping cabins and a "Stabbur". For those who want good comfort, private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer rental of our newly renovated farmhouse "Trønderlåna" (see HERE for more information). Otherwise, we offer tent pitches and RV parking (including electricity and emptying).
When it comes to toilets and showes, we have two sanitary facilities on the farm, one located at the end of the workshop and a sanitary hut (see Map).
